Operation KidSafe

Operation KidSafe
Nothing is more terrifying to a parent than the thought of something happening to their child. As parents, we do everything we can to protect our kids, which is why over 15 years ago Mark Bott created the Operation KidSafe program. This free program was designed as a way to prepare for and guard against the abduction of children 1 year and older

With the help of experts from the FBI, fingerprinting experts, and police officials, Operation KidSafe collects fingerprints and a full photo of each child. These things are printed on one single document which is then kept by the parent. Should anything happen, the parent turns the Operation KidSafe document over to the police who can use it to help their search.

Operation KidSafe events, such as the one coming up at Lee’s Summit Honda on May 12th and 13th, 2017, also focus on education. Parents and children who attend these events will learn safety tips that can be applied in potentially threatening situations. Operation KidSafe is the perfect catalyst to get you and your family talking about safe practices and safety plans for different situations.

Come to Lee’s Summit Honda on May 12th and 13th with your children to take advantage of this free event. All you need to do is arrive with your children to get started. This event is also available for special-needs adults or any other person who might be at risk. We will see you there!
